no network status updates, ZEC is not even listed on your website as a supported currency. The App needs updating with new orchard patch and is currently broken. When ZEC cakewallet works, its great but why the radio silence?

We’ve been posting on X about it all week, but noticed thanks to your post that we had missed posting here. We’ve pushed an update that resolves the Orchard issues due to their rushed hard fork today, and expect it to clear app store approvals any minute.

but aside from X updates, isnt this also the purpose of the status page which was the first place I checked when app didnt work.
updated app, but im getting orchard errors when sending zec and it also hasnt detected coins that are sat in t-addresses.
solved this, had to rescan the wallet from before the recent fork and all works now

Not necessarily. Status pages are normally used to show uptime/downtime, percentages of reliability of services, not releases, builds, programs.
A good way of keeping yourself up-to-date with the latest releases besides socials is subscribing to Cake Wallet’s GitHub releases page via Release notes from cake_wallet (simply adding .atom at the end of the releases URL will do it for you, applies to all GitHub repositories.)
I am glad you resolved with a wallet rescan from before recent fork!
