We are aware of a sending issue introduced with an update 5.6.3 that was affecting iOS devices.
We have released a patch update with 5.6.4 please could you update the application first if all.
Then please restore your LITECOIN wallet using backup seed phrase and then try to send/swap again.
Follow this guide to restore wallet but note you are restoring the LITECOIN wallet (not monero) : Seed or keys - Cake Wallet Docs
Do not delete the existing wallet; just restore the Litecoin wallet with a new unique name that doesn’t match any other wallet name in the app.
If you don’t have your backup seed, then in your Litecoin wallet, you can tap the three lines in the top right, then select “Security and backup” → “Show seed/keys," and you can find your wallet seed copy it to your clipboard (or write it down) and then repeat the restore process above.
Do not share the seed or screenshots thereof with anyone, including support staff.
