I am using Cake Wallet on EndeavourOS (KDE), installed via the AUR (cake-wallet-bin 6.2.0-1).
I was looking for my USDT/Polygon address to receive some funds. Here is the process I followed: I locate the relevant currency and click on it. A popup opens showing “Send / Receive / Swap.” I click on “Receive.” A new popup opens displaying a huge QR code - and nothing else.
The window/popup cannot be scrolled.
When I maximize the Cake Wallet window completely, it looks like this (see attachment; I have pixelated part of the QR code):
After some trial and error, I discovered that if you shrink the window again, move it as far up as possible, and then drag the bottom edge to enlarge it, you can eventually make the address visible so it can be copied.
However, since the window reverts to its original size every time I want to copy the address, I have to go through this whole rigmarole all over again - which is, of course, not user-friendly.
It might work better in the smartphone app or the Windows version, but this is how it behaves for me on EndeavourOS KDE.
