The button on the restore page with bip39 stays greyed and never becomes active.
Paste the seed , type the seed with attention to spaces and everything .
Follow these standard troubleshooting steps: red words in mnemonic seed when typing it in, wallet name, et. al. Please, tell us which cryptocurrency this happened to you with. Thanks.

Most issue when restoring a wallet from seed tends to come from clipboard issues however there are some steps that will help. I’ll list them below in the order I would cross check.
First of all ensure you are restoring like this guide Seed or keys - Cake Wallet Docs
Ensure a wallet name is entered and for monero restores ensure your restore date is entered too. When entering your seed ensure no words are appearing in red and there is no additional space at the end.
