I noticed in the most recent version of cake you have a slider for sending which i think is nice and saw a teaser for that in a release a few months back. However, i believe this is broken in the most recent version of Monero.com as shown below:
Pressing the blank button still sends the XMR tho.
I was unable to reproduce on Monero.com v5.1.2. Could you try sending some tiny amount again? Perhaps it was a shortlived UI glitch of sorts.
I restarted my Graphene Pix Six to see if would fix it.
I tried it in Cake this time and i got the same blank bar
the slider will be just a button in case you have Talkback mode enabled on your device.
and the text was indeed missing in that case, and was fixed in this PR and will be in the next release.

I never turned on Talkback. The slider worked for me in the previous version of Cake/Monero.com but the latest update presents the empty button
it will show if you have accessibility options enabled, not specific to TalkBack

A couple of us reproduced it as well. A fix was merged and should be shipping with next release; let’s reconvene if it persists! Thanks for reporting.
I found out what the issue was for me. In another profile I wanted Bitwarden to draw the autofill options over login screens for apps and i had to turn on “Accessibility” in Bitwarden’s Autofill setting for this to work.
This caused a blank button and no slider.
Will look for the update!
Okay. Just tested v5.2.0 and with Bitwarden accessibility on i now see a send button.
